UNITED DANCE COMPETITION NEWS

Welcme back competitors.  We are looking forward to another great year!

ACROBATIC TEAM COMPETITIONS
All National Acrobatics competitions will be held at the Lenexa Christian Center Gym, 17500 W. 87th St
(87th Street & I-435)

Jan 30: NAC at 1pm
Mar 6: NAC at 1pm

DANCE TEAM COMPETITIONS
 
Mar 19-21: Nexstar at the Overland Park Convention Center
April 9-11: Dance Out Dance Competition
April 23-25: Stage One Dance Competition at the Overland Park Convention Center 
June 25-27: Dance Out National Dance Competition in Kansas City

 
For our upcoming competitions, please remember that it is important to look our best.  Follow your instructor's hair, makeup, and accessory instructions.  Please do not deviate from their instructions.  Having an impeccable and uniform appearance is an important part of competition.  We are not only judged on our dance, but on our appearance also.

In addition, please remember that we are not only on individual competition teams, but are all part of the United Dance team.  We want to represent our studio well by looking acting our best at all competitions.  We ask that all dance participants and parents sit together as a unified group at all dance competitions.  Remember to show your team spirit by wearing your United Dance jacket to all competitions.  Keep in mind that we are there to cheer on not only our team, but other teams as well.  Our love of dance should not be limited to only our teams.  We should support every dance team by applauding and cheering for them too.
