United Dance Payment Policies
Our price list is for individual students only. There is a $12.00 registration fee per year for each student. Payment is a monthly fee and is due the first week of the month.
Once a student is enrolled and has taken a single class, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.
Tutition is due between the 1st and the 7th each month. Starting on the 21st of the month, a $6 late fee will be issued each week until the bill is paid in full.
There will be a $16.00 return check fee for checks that are returned to us from the bank.
If a client is 40 days past due on their tuition, United Dance will terminate their enrollment.
Tuition remains the same price regardless oif it is a 3 week or 5 week month.
If a student wishes to discontinue a class, he/she must call or write a letter to use and let us know to drop the student out of our roster. If you do not contact us about the student dropping the class, you will be charged for that month. If you wish to return to class later on in the years term, you will be charged and $11.00 fee.
You may choose monthly or single class payment on your registration. If you choose to switch payment plans, there is an $11.000 fee for that change.
Missed classes may be made up within the month, but cannot carry over to the following month. Tuition is never promised.
Children picked up late, over a 15 minute time frame, will be charged a fee of $8. No child is allowed to sit outside of the studio to be picked up.
